2. Install BlueStacks 5 which supports Hyper-V 


1. By Disabling Hyper-V on Your PC

Step 1:- Open Control panel > Go to Programs option
Step 2:- now tap on Windows features on or off




Step 3:- Now here you need to Disable some features like  Hyper-V, Hyper-V Management tool, and Hyper-V platform 


Disable the Virtual machine platform


Now Disable the Windows Hypervisor platform 

             

Also Disable the Windows Subway for Linux, windows sandbox 


After Disabling it clicks on the Ok Button


Now it will take some time to change the settings



Now you need to Restart your PC to change Applies 
to restart your PC > click on the Restart Option 
 

 After restarting your PC the incompatible Windows settings Problem will be successfully fixed, and you can use Buestacks without any problem 



Method 2:- Install BlueStacks 5 which supports Hyper-V 


Step:- 1 Uninstall the Bluestacks that you are currently using

Step:- 2 to Uninstall BlueStacks Open the control panel > programs> uninstall a program. 

Step:- 3 Now select BlueStacks and click on the right button then tap on uninstall option 



Now you need to download the new  version BlueStacks 5.
open browser >visit BlueStack's official website   then click on Download Bluestacks 5 



Now click on Bluestacksinstaller.exe to install BlueStacks 5 


Now click on Create option to download BlueStacks


After creating a new Bluestacks Nougat 64-but instance it will automatically start downloading. it will download files of around 480MB, 
after it's completed, you can use BlueStacks without any problem
