Step1:- open setting and click on the General option 

Step 2:-  Tap on Software update > now the phone will check Available update. after checks you can downland IOS 16 update 

   

For IOS 16 beta User

If you using IOS 16 beta then you need to Remove IOS 16 beta profile from your phone

Step1:- Open the setting, click on the General option 

Step2:- Click on IOS 16 Beta and then click on Remove profile now enter your passcode and click remove again to verify

Now doing it you need to restart your phone 

Step3:- open to setting click on the General option 

Step4:- Now Tap on Software update now the phone will check Available update after checking you can downland IOS 16 update
