Motorola Moto X40 to launch in December with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset

After the launch of a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, smartphone brands launched their flagship phones like Vivo X90 Pro+, and even Xiaomi and iQOO will soon launch their flagship phone with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.

Chen Jin, general manager of Lenovo phone division, revealed some details of the upcoming Motorola Moto X40, he reveals that the phone will come with an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, as well as that the phone will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.  a few days ago Jin revealed that the device will have a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and he also shared the  AnTuTu benchmark scores. 

According to ITHome, Jin revealed in a Weibo post that the upcoming Moto X40 will come with an IP68 rating. Furthermore, he confirmed that the phone will be launched in China in December. but they didn't share the launch date.

According to some reports, the Motorola Moto X40 will have a 6.67-inch FHD+ display with curved edges, 10-bit colors, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. on the other hand, will have a 5000mAh larger battery with support 68w fast charging, and The device is expected to launch with up to 18GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of storage.

Moving on to the camera, it will get a triple camera setup at the back which includes a 50MP primary camera, 12MP wide-angle camera, and 12MP telephoto sensor, on the front, it could be a 60MP camera
