How to use Google's AI Generative Search ( SGE )

A few weeks back, Google announced its new Search Generative Experience (SGE) at the Google I/O 2023 conference, its new SGE provides amazing AI generative search in search results that show Search results very similar to the newly launched Microsoft Bing with some minor differences. But for now, Google SGE works in some types of searches like how to, what is, and about some famous people. Now Let's Know how you can use it.

Before you will use it, remember it's a new Feature available in the US So you need to connect VPN to US Server. the second thing is you need to have a Normal Google account to Access this because it Is not available for Google Workspace Accounts and third and last you need to join Search Labs Waitlist to use it.

How to Join Search Labs Waitlist

Step 1: Go to labs.google.com > Scroll Down > Click on "Join waitlist”

Step 2: Now Again Click on "Join waitlist” to Join SGE

Now you have Successfully Joined the waitlist for Google’s AI Generative Search Experience (SGE)

After Joining the waitlist SGE You need to Wait for some Days to Use it, however, you will be Notified by Email when will be Eligible for this.

Step 4: When SGE Will be Ready for you, you'll receive an email from Google to Enable it  > Click on Go to Labs

How to Enable SGE for AI Search Results

Step 5: Here you will see the Option to Enable Google AI Generative Search Experience, Now Turn On it > Click on Try Example

Step 6: Now Accept Some Terms and Conditions, Click on I agree

After doing this, here you will see Default Search which will show you AI Generative Search Example.

How to use SGE 

to use it, just search anything you want to search. in my case, I searched "Maxsami", here you can see the AI search Result.

Now I searched Low maintenance House Plants, so here you can see Google's AI generative Search. here is a Show More option that will let you know more about this Search.

 there are also lots of recommended Questions showing, if you will click on one of them then SGE will start a Conversesnatiol mode, where you ask questions.
