As per Google Play Console, the new upcoming Vivo X90S is listed on Google Play Console with model number V2241A. it revealed that the Vivo X90s will be powered by MT6985, which means MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset, and it will be equipped with up to 12 GB of RAM. The listing also confirmed that the Vivo X90S will run on the Android 13 operating system out of the box.
